Robo-FTP

When having to perform the same operations on a FTP server again and again, you may lose a lot of time and you may find the operations annoying. This is why it's a good idea to have all these tasks automatized and performed automatically. This is not normally allowed in most FTP clients available on the market but fortunately, there are some applications which allow creating special scripts for automating any FTP task.

One such application is Robo-FTP. This Windows program allows you to create any kind of FTP script which can contain an unlimited number of tasks or commands. After installing and running the application, the user can take advantage of the script wizard, accessible from the program's top menu. This step-by-step wizard allows creating a new task script in no time.

A script can be configured to automatically perform a file transfer operation to or from the FTP server, send a FTP command to the server and so on. Some settings may be more difficult to configure by inexperienced computer users. After a script is created, the user will be able to save it as a file and run it every time this task is required.

In case the user needs to re-install the application, he can back up all the program settings to a file and re-import them later on.
